What are the times of the show?

Louisville is on Eastern Time.
The indoor exhibits open at 9 each morning, Oct. 23-25.
The outdoor exhibits open at 10 each morning, Oct. 23-25.

Closing hours:
Thursday and Friday, Oct. 23 & 24 – 5:00 p.m., indoors and outdoors
Saturday, Oct. 25 – 3:00 p.m. indoors and 1:00 p.m. outdoors.

What is the cost to attend?

Pre-registration for attendees is $10, non-refundable.
Registration at the door for those who haven't preregistered: $50.
Registration for non-exhibiting manufacturers and media sales: $350.

For fees to attend the PLANET's Green Industry Conference or the School of Grounds Management, please contact either PLANET or PGMS.

What hotel do you recommend?

We cannot recommend one hotel over another. All of the hotels on our accommodations list, are within easy driving distance of the Kentucky Exposition Center, and many are included in our shuttle schedule for a free ride. Only assist dogs — such as seeing-eye dogs — are allowed at GIE+EXPO.
